I love it. I need extra magnesium and creams and sprays are a good way to absorb it. This has other fantastic ingredients! The scent was off putting at first, but now I can smell the lavender. Great balm for very dry hands. I get dehydrated, so the skin gets bad. This helps. Use just a dot--it goes a long way!

I don't know the science behind this product but it works! I rub it on the soles of my feet and on my shoulders (I'm a swimmer) before bedtime and I'm off to a deep, peaceful sleep! It's easy to use and I like how emollient it is.
